Premier’s Weight Loss Program in conjunction with Ideal Protein

The Ideal Protein line used in the weight loss clinic was medically designed over 25 years ago by a doctor in France. Here at Premier Healthcare, each person is medically supervised and assessed weekly during the course of the program.

The program itself helps each person stabilize their pancreas and blood sugar levels through proper nutrition and will cause the body to live off stored fat. It is a program that does not mess with muscle mass, but will burn away the stored fat.

With the weight loss clinic, it incorporates protein into the diet daily and lowers the amount of calories and carbohydrates ingested. With that becomes an increase in fat burning and a weekly weight loss. It is expected that women will lose 2-3 pounds weekly and men 3-5 pounds weekly if the protocol is followed properly.

Premier Healthcare Weight loss clinic is headed by staff that is very knowledgeable of the Ideal protein line and are trained to monitor patients through their weight loss journey.

The Weight Loss clinic is a safe and effective program and will give a person results if followed properly. The ideal protein line has 75 different foods that range from breakfast choices to sweet treats. It is not a drink system; it is based off a variety of products that each person can choose what they want to eat weekly.

If interested in the program, it is a requirement that every person attend a free workshop. Workshops are held every second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 5:45pm to 6:30pm. The workshops will go over the program, costs, and give out samples of the products for people to taste. Each person must sign-up to attend the workshops. 1. Before starting the Ideal Protein program, what was your overall reason for starting it? (For yourself, your family, to feel better, etc.)

I needed to lose weight and to be frank I was somewhat skeptical about the diet. I felt that I needed to personally experience the diet before I could promote it to my patients.

 

2. At the beginning of the Ideal Protein program, what were your goals? (Weight loss; lose inches, better labs, etc.)

Weight loss and my triglycerides were extremely high. (wanted to lose weight and lower triglycerides)

 

3. What was the biggest struggle for you at the beginning of the Program?

I had to plan ahead especially when I was on call that night, to follow the diet well.

 

4. How far have you come towards reaching your goals? Or have you reached them? (Give us the total of your loss so far and the number of weeks it took)

I lost 23lbs in 8 weeks. My BP medicine dropped from 20mg Byscolic daily to 5mg daily. My triglycerides dropped from 1090 to 139. My pant waist size dropped from 38 in to 34 in.

 

5. If you could give some advice or encouragement to future dieters, what would you say to them?

Stick with it, you will see the results.

I wanted to join the Ideal Protein program for myself and to feel better. Because of my weight loss I am off of two blood pressure meds!! Also my cholesterol medicine has been cut in half and I hope to be off completely in October.

2. At the beginning of the Ideal Protein program, what were your goals? (Weight loss; lose inches, better labs, etc.)

My goal at the beginning was to lose weight; I never thought that I would lose as many inches as I did. It’s amazing!!

3. What was the biggest struggle for you at the beginning of the Program?

The first week was the hardest for me. I loved my bread and pasta, but after the first week my cravings went away.

4. How far have you come towards reaching your goals? Or have you reached them? (Give us the total of your loss so far and the number of weeks it took)

I have reached my goal which was 28 pounds, but I lost 6 more lbs. by watching sugars and carbs. Sugar is the bad guy!!

5. If you could give some advice or encouragement to future dieters, what would you say to them?

I would say to hang in there; the first week is the hardest. After that week it is much easier. It is the only plan that really worked for me; I have been on every weight loss plan there is and this plan by far is the only plan where you truly lose fat not muscle. It’s the best!

It is the best “plan” I have tried (and I have tried them all)! You can see the inches falling off. Just call a friend if you get bored with it. Someone always has a new recipe to give you!

Premier Healthcare Unveils Its New Weight Loss Program: Ideal Protein!

Premier Healthcare is revealing its new weight loss program, Ideal Protein, this week! As part of the program we will be doing “Weight-loss Wednesdays” on our Social Media platforms. These posts will include testimonials from our diet, shout-outs to those who are in the program and reaching their goals, healthy lifestyles tips, recipes and more!

  1. Before starting the Ideal Protein program, what was your overall reason for starting it? (For yourself, your family, to feel better, etc.)

For health reasons and to look better!

 

  1. At the beginning of the Ideal Protein program, what were your goals? (Weight loss; lose inches, better labs, etc.)

Lose weight (at least 40-50 lbs.) definitely lose inches, smaller clothes size… lower blood pressure and improve symptoms of reflux.

 

  1. What was the biggest struggle for you at the beginning of the Program?

The beginning was easier for me! Taking vitamins have been a bit of a struggle.

 

  1. How far have you come towards reaching your goals? Or have you reached them? (Give us the total of your loss so far and the number of weeks it took)
  2. 45 lbs. lost in 23 weeks. I will have reached my goal by next week (24th week). That should put my BMI at 25.06!! 🙂

 

  1. If you could give some advice or encouragement to future dieters, what would you say to them?

Having a supportive spouse was key for me! Be encouraged by the smallest of goals! Never forget why you started this and remind yourself every day as you deny yourself the foods/sweets that got you in trouble to being with! 🙂
